The President can only be tried by the Senate after the House files Impeachment with the Chief Justice overseeing the trial. Then if he were not President, The current President would Pardon him to protect secrets of the country. Unwritten law and written practice. The worst thing this country could do to him is make him a ONE TERM PRESIDENT.
