On Closing Our Borders

Our borders should have been shut down and guarded by the military on September 12, 2001, as a first rule of engagement when we declared war on "Terrorism".  As now Congressman Allen West mentioned, the fact that the war was against a tactic, was a bit misguided.  Identifying the enemy is not "Profiling", "Political Correctness" paralyzes those in power to do something from doing the right thing, ie. The FT. Hood Shootings, at the expense of 13 lives.  That was my first reaction to the incident here at that base in Texas ~ ENOUGH POLITICAL CORRECTNESS ALREADY.. We are tolerating the intolerable, walking on eggshells around foreigners and people who come here to suck the life out of us and our "freedoms" and our over sensitivities to OTHERS, at the expense of our own.

Prime Minister Rudd of Australia has it down.  He publicly, firmly, and clearly stated that all immigrants practicing Sharia Law must LEAVE, and all who were whining and complaining about Australian culture and policies could exercise that right as well, LEAVE!!

Racism was in a coma until recently, and those who keep it alive, are those non-whites who thrive on being "the victim".  Victimization leaves them powerless, unable to work under conditions they're happy with, blaming racism, unable to be here legally and live by our standards, or so they say.

How pathetic is it for these people to come here with their delusional sense of entitlement, expecting the "American Dream" handed to them on a silver platter?!!  No American, white, black, yellow, brown, or all put together gets a free ride to live a life of riches and luxury.  We all have to get an education, we all have to know our own language, be able to read and write it at an acceptable level, at the very least.  And if we want the opportunity to not just thrive and get by while working three menial jobs at a time, we have to work for it, and work HARD.  Go to college maybe.. Never the less, WORK HARD.  Learn a skill, a trade, and WORK HARD.  Nothing comes easy to any of us, except maybe Paris Hilton.  What a joke.

If we expect you to assimilate and respect out country's culture, language, and laws, we're 'RACISTS" by your immigrant lazy asses.  Well FUCK YOU and the boat you floated in on.  Get off the pity pot, get over YOUR RACISM, quit projecting it onto us, and take the opportunities you have as an American citizen to learn the language, learn a trade, go to college, and work like we all do to live the lifestyle we choose.  Otherwise, GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND STAY OUT!!!

So Back to the HATE..

The irony of it all.. I'm a hater and a racist because I don't believe the same radical group of violent terrorists should be able to build one of their self representing structures on top of Ground Zero, hallowed ground, the same place where they killed over 3,000 people. ??!!!  Ok, hipocracy, (however you spell it) is our new religion.  I'm against that too.  Assimilate or eliminate.  We are not the United States of America anymore.  Minnesota is the pioneer in Islamizing their state, appeasing terrorists and ignoring We, the people, as American citizens as worthy of our safety from the infiltration of the enemy on our own soil.  Why didn't we invite this guy and his Nazi brothers to come here and have at it?  Oh yeah, WE SUNK HIS ASS INTO THE GRASS, SO BADLY HE FINISHED OFF THE JOB FOR US, THANKS DUDE, WE DIDN"T HAVE  TO WASTE A BULLET ON YOUR SORRY LAME ASS, YOU OFFED YOURSELF.  Even Hitler had the common decency to take himself out.

GAIN WEIGHT TIPS PLEASE

All I see everywhere is how to lose weight.  I guess Americans are assumed to all be fat slobs.  Some of us have trouble keeping weight ON.  Underweight, and not happy with it.  I notice the link finder is blank. Before it was linking me to all kinds of weight loss tips, how about desired weight gain?  Nope, still nothing.  Oh there it is, Same thing... weight loss. Next post will be a test..

BURNT OUT

All this passion, enthusiasm, drive and taking action has taken it's toll.  Whoo-hoo, I'm burnt out. BALANCE IS KEY.  No matter how driven and motivated, if you neglect your own needs, you can't be "there" effectively, with all your strength and wits about you if you're run down an not maintained.  We take better care of our cars, some of us. Those who don't maintain their cars end up with an inefficient machine that leaves you stuck on the side of the road without the ability to move forward.. It is the same for those of us who don't maintain the "machine" that is a combination of our mind, body, soul.  Nurturing all three is key.  Staying balanced isn't a bad thing either.

1. Nourishment ~ I have to force myself to stop and eat period, much less anything nourishing. NOT GOOD.  I always skip breakfast then before I know it, it's 5:00 and I'm starving and end up grabbing the first thing I see, and it's never a balanced meal.
MUST TAKE TIME TO PREPARE AND EAT BALANCED HEALTHY MEALS, SNACKS, OR WHATEVER YOU CALL IT, NOURISHING THE MACHINE IS A MUST DO.

2. Excercise ~ I need to gain weight, as I'm a minimum of 15 pounds underweight.  98 pounds at 5'6" is unattractive and unhealthy.  Cardio is necessary for health, however I've got to make sure it's the healthy minimal.  20 minutes 3-5 times a week on the treadmill on a good incline.  Intense walking or light jog.

I love to weight train. My body responds extremely well to weight resistance and lifting.   Plus, I'm not the young thang I'm in denial about.  Yes, it is, ughh, time to start preventing bone loss, and weight training is the best action for this prevention.  It keeps bones strong and healthy and prevents their breakdown.
WEIGHT TRAIN A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS PER WEEK.. ULTIMATELY 5.. 3 DAYS UPPER BODY, 2 DAYS LOWER.

3. Drink Water ~ Upon waking, drink a glass of fresh water, with lemon is good, to maintain body pH.

4. JOB HUNT

Keep up with laundry, house hold basics, responsibilities.

There are more, but these basics are KEY.
